    Last 4 times we have been here we ask for extra cheese cake in the royal New York cheese cake as it has barely any in it. For some reason there has been No cheesecake at All. Just gram crackers and ice cream. I don't know if dairy Queen has changed the recipe as it has happened at 2 other stores as well. Very disappointing.

    When the order is right and made fresh, it’s great, but I consistently get blizzard soup any time I order a blizzard. Please, for the love of god, stop making blizzards immediately and then letting them sit in the hot kitchen while patrons are waiting 10-20 mins in the drive thru. In no way has any blizzard I’ve gotten at this location been flippable.

    To begin they wouldn't accept their own coupons from the app and the worker with attitude said "we don't take that here". Also I specifically ordered a medium VANILLA ice cream cone dipped in cherry and I annunciated the vanilla part and when I got to the window they gave me a chocolate cone dipped in cherry and they took it back and remade it and when they gave it back they made it SMALLER and I specifically paid for a medium and they're a decent amount of workers working but still their pretty slow and very long lines.

    This place is constantly disappointing unless you go inside the store. They send out cold stale food and never give out what you order. This place is trash fr. If you want your order done correctly, go inside and make sure the kids do it right!
