  I walked into this chipotle at 2pm, they didn't have any brown rice or any protein options available. I was the only one in the store and they didn't appear to have anything cooking on the grills. This is the 3rd time I have been to this chipotle, and every time they're always out off multiple options. That will be the last time as well, don't know who manages this chipotle but it's by far the worst one I've ever experienced. Also I have never wrote a review for any place before, that's how bad this place is.

  App says it’s been out of chicken, steak, fajita peppers and other things for over a week. Also, no vinaigrette when it says it’s available on the app. Not the first time we’ve been disappointed with this location.

  Always out of everything, most times of tried to go staff just talk and stand around while a line forms out the door. Most recent time cashier was just yelling the whole time lol

  So it's a slightly below average Chipotle by most metrics. They skimp on portions sometimes, throw your stuff in a bowl haphazardly, rarely clean the tables, if you order carryout you should not expect napkins or dinnerware and consider it a bonus if get any, maybe you don't get the cilantro lime sauce you ordered, but it's not that bad...EXCEPT FOR THE DRIVE THRU. You order your meal in advance, come after it's supposed to be done, and maybe there's a line of cars, or maybe just a couple, but 100% of the time over the last 6 or 7 times I've gone, they make you wait before even taking your name. The longest I've ever sat at the window not being served is over 10 minutes. Thankfully there was only one car in front of me that day, but, why? Just, why? Today was a huge line of cars, they made everyone wait. The car in front of me? 5 minutes, nobody even came to the window. I had to wait about 3 once I hit the window. My food was ready, they just don't ask for your name until they are good and ready to. I'd say I was 8 or 10 cars back when I hit the drive thru, and it took over 30 MINUTES (sadly, not an exaggeration) to even get to the window, and since everyone had to wait you KNOW that food that was ordered to go 30 minutes ago was ready. Clearly, they are purposefully not asking for the name. Hey, ask for the name, grab the bag, NEXT, but no, they can't do that. Instead, they'll mill around doing nothing really (I know that because I could see in the window when it was my turn to wait for my already cold food, I honestly could not figure out what useful labor was being done by the drive thru guy during the 3 or so minutes he ignored me). They will finally come over when they feel like you've been punished you enough for giving them work to do, and they had so many bags ready to go out the window that they had to stack one of them right by the drink dispenser because there was no room where they are supposed to go. Management absolutely knows this is going on, I've made multiple complaints on their surveys and I guarantee I'm not the only one, and when the line stretches back to the road (which it did by the time I left), it's hard not to notice. Granted, that was the worst I've ever seen it, but this has been going on for far too long. If the worthless and incompetent management of this place let's the staff get away with those kinds of shenanigans, what else are they doing?

  This is one of the worst Chipotles in the city. We live in Obetz and will drive to another location. I have been here 5 times and not once have they had all their ingredients. I have visited between 5pm and 7pm. Everytime they are out of either chicken or Steak. They are out of white or brown rice. No Guacamole. No Chips. No corn salsa. List goes on and on. Everytime they have an excuse about busy day or fundraising. GM needs to do better in projections and food ordering. Other wise staff is OK, and place usually is not in the cleanest shape in tge dining room. Hope to see improvement but won't be back unless in a pinch.
