  The best Arby's I have been to in a long while. Food was VERY fresh. Restroom was clean. Staff was friendly.

  Used the drive-through July 4 at 10:40 PM. Everything was made fresh very delicious. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Having went through the drive-thru. The order was prepared incorrectly. The turkey sandwich should have included Mayo and honey mustard. This particular sandwich is also supposed to be cut in half and it was not cut in half. So if you're driving you are not going to be able to eat it. Ketchup packs that were handed out through the window we're all sticky. Not to mention the fact that the two sweet teas we ordered thankfully we're not ordered large because they tasted horrible like it was spoiled. There were two younger girls working up front and the drive-thru as well as a manager that was also a woman. The location was not busy at all The outside sign was shut off so that you. would think that they were closed. There is where to be said about this location which I will not say it this time. If you are looking for a Arby's location to go to I would not pick this location It has too many problems. Constant ongoing problems all the time. It is in a good area with a new Panda Express being built next door as well as a ponderosa and a urgent care two doors down. This is a growing and upcoming area with a new park and back of the Great Southern shopping Center. They will be building housing in this area soon. The hope is to revamp this area. Considering the fact that you are going to pay $12.99 and up per combo meal for most of their combo meals they should be concerned with their customer service representatives treating their customers well, they should be concerned with having their signs on their large sign out front that says Arby's for one thing and their drive-thru sign so that people actually know they're open so they can make money so people might show up to buy food. When you don't close till 11:00 p.m. and everything is shut off before 10:00 p.m. that's just driving customers away taking money out of the pockets of the business. They should also be concerned with being open when they're supposed to be. The inside being open during the hours that's posted. Or a sign being posted saying there's not enough staff in order to have the lobby open and it is closed and that they are sorry. If their drive-thru isn't working there should be a sign this posted that says sorry drive-thru isn't working Please pull around to the window. They should definitely be more attentive. This used to be one of my favorite locations at this point in time it is not. I hope someone steps up to take responsibility for all of the problems going on at this location and that it returns to being a location that we like to go to. At this point we drive all the way to Grove City to go to Arby's because the Arby's in Obetz is not better than this location. As a matter of fact sometimes we drive all the way to South Bloomfield on 23 to go to Arby's. I wish I could give a better review for this location but unfortunately currently at this time I cannot. As I stated earlier I hope to see improvements in this location. As I stated earlier there were additional concerns that will not be addressed at this time.

  It was not like the one on TV. I was very disappointed. The one on TV looks like it had colorful peppers. There was none on the salad. I should have taken a picture of the one on TV. I'll try another Arbys.
