Wild that they can’t do that right, and every other time they never mixed her drink

The only thing that was actually good Were the drinks. I asked for white cheddar on my wake up wraps and not only was it the wrong cheese. They were lukewarm. Hashbrowns weren’t even cooked all the way my mother’s sandwich was lukewarm very disappointed. I will not be back. The only positive I can say is the staff in there is amazing. Melissa and Lisa welcomed me so warmly I felt like a celebrity.

- MMMarisaJul 24, 20262.0When I went to get my food for me and my sister and Dunkin' today, when we arrived at the window the manager kindly told us that they did not have majority of what we ordered so he easily accommodated us which I'm so grateful for. We ended up getting avocado toast and what was originally everything bagel bites was now plain bagel bites. We sat in the drive through for 10 minutes after I received my toast and then another worker comes to the window and asks us what we're waiting for so I tell her I'm waiting for the bagel bites. I can hear the lady that's on warming saying in a rude tone that she has already gave us the toast and bites so she doesn't know what we're waiting for. Then kept on trying to tell ME that I have already received them when I never did. I have no reason to lie about getting some bagel bites...I don't know if they think I'm trying to juke them into giving me another one but that's not the case. They kept going back and forth while I'm still sitting there hearing them and then ended up having me pull around. Okay cool. then I'm waiting another 5 minutes out front thinking someone's going to come out. No one ever did so I went inside and the lady from the window ends up coming over asking if I'm still waiting for the bites. If you never gave them to me at the window then what do you think I came in here for. I can still hear the girl that was on warming talking about "I already handed out the bagel bites" and popping her head. Honestly yall could've just gave a refunded instead of having a horrible attitude and the manager is nice but he should've kept them in check. Waited 20 minutes for an order of bagel bites like please be so fore real the service is horrible.
