  The staff working on 5/9 were amazing. The man working the cash register at 7pm was so nice and helpful. The food was so delicious it moved me to write a review. Absolutely amazing. I could taste the freshness and authenticity of the ingredients in every bite. I cannot quite put into words the mastery that this location’s staff has demonstrated in the creation my burrito. Thank you, chipotle staff, you will be with me in my dreams tonight. Live real. Live fresh.

  Is the rest of this bag just nitrogen to preserve the chips? Is Frito Lay making your chips now? Why can I see the bottom of the bag through the chips? Come on man, put some chips in the bags.

  I placed an order online for a burrito and bowl with chips. I didn’t realize until I got home that they gave me 2 bowls, no burrito. I had to come all the way back to get my correct order. When I asked for some free chips the girl with the blue hair that claimed to be a manager said she’s not loosing her job to give away chips. She didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. I don’t know of any establishment where the manager can’t comp chips lol.

  The food was enjoyed by those who ate it. What I don't like is having to negotiate with the employees making the food to put an adequate amount of ingredients in the burrito or bowl you order. When you stand there and watch them make for for the people in front of you super over portion, then try and give you a half a scoop. It's ridiculous. Just give everybody the scoop you are charging for.

  I usually don’t do this but I figured if I did and the right person sees this, maybe just maybe, some change will had. This is by far one of the worst Chipotle locations to go to and I’ve gone to many all over the country. They’re always out of meats and toppings, take forever to prep, cook, and replenish any meats not stocked up that they do have. Employees are rude most times, sloppy with the work station (meat and toppings usually scattered all over), the drink station, SAME. They disregard you when ordering, don’t portion properly, smash the covers onto the bowls, and god forbid you ask for extra or a side of anything. On top of all of that, the distinct smell of weed overpowers any of the grilling smell. The seating area is always dirty, napkins, trash, etc on the floor. None of the tables routinely get cleaned so if you sit down to eat, say a prayer you don’t catch something from whatever is all over the table that was left by previous patrons. There’s always a line out the door because the employees are slow as molasses. This location closes at 11PM, but you would think closing time is somewhere around 9:00-9:30PM because most everything has already been taken off the ordering station so they can get out right when the location closes. It’s just a disaster and in need of a serious overhaul from Management downward. It sucks that those who live in this area have three locations to choose from and only one out of the three is somewhat bearable and even that’s a stretch.
