  My friends and I were very disappointed. One person ordered chicken marsala and it was 3 pieces of chicken, gravy and a teaspoon of mushrooms for $35. Very overpriced. Another friend shouldn't have gluten. She had very few choices. You would think they would serve gluten free pasta, but they don't. On top of everything else, the coffee machine was broken.

  Nicholas was absolutely conscientious with our group. His suggestions proved to be wonderful. The bruscetta arrived in a large martini glass, very attractive. The bundle was perfect for the 5 of us. We chose Lasagna, which also included garlic bread, Caesar salad. We had plenty of leftovers. We also ordered the Basilica Salmon with the basil pesto and large cherry tomatoes. That was my favorite and we had leftovers. The Milan mules were sweet. I need to apologize to Nicholas at the Norwood restaurant. I was so busy making a heart dollar origami that I forgot to leave the tip, which was still in my hand. My son ran the tip back to him. I was disappointed in myself by forgetting. Nicholas did an amazing job. Please let him know that we really appreciate him. The building is a fun labyrinth, with playful decorations and designs. Find the Sopranos room and the Pope room . Why not have a meal with a head on the table! The heads pair well as we drink from the skulls of our enemies!

  Always an adventure here. Food and service were decent. We go more for the family style dinners and the fun atmosphere. A little disappointed to find out that the usual menu specials are not honored during Mothers Day, although the insert was still provided to us all in our menus when seated. So, may want to always ask before making your selections. Other than that, no complaints!

  I placed a takeout order tonight. When I got back to our hotel room I discovered it was wrong even though the receipt was correct. I called and the gentleman I spoke to said to call back after the dinner rush. I did and he said they don’t give credits on orders that are wrong. I would have to go in and they would remake my order. So Buca can make a mistake but they won’t give me any other option but to remake my order. That’s not right. I am going to dispute the charge and they will waste their time dealing with a dispute, instead of just giving me a refund. Buyer beware: OPEN YOUR TAKOUT ORDERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE RESTAURANT!

  Had a reservation Food was bland lasagna was definitely microwaved, chicken didn't come with the chicken fettuccine had a group of 10 all on separate bills wouldn't honor the email discount that was sent to each person through email promotion mainly a group of senior citizens they were annoyed we sat there talking to friends from out of town and some were still eating but sending someone around the corner every 5 minutes to see if we were finished when it took longer to get our food is the reason we left the only good thing i can say was the waiter was friendly but for the price the food was just not up to par
