  Not the first bad experience but this time took the cake. I ordered 2 Arby's sandwiches a large curly and 2 orders of peach cobbler rolls which they are out of most of the time. I get to the window pay for my food she hands me the bag and I see an order of peach cobbler rolls 1 is missing . I brought it to her attention and she said oh they only made one. So she was gonna let me drive off knowing my order was incorrect. They put the new order in but I never received as now they want me to pull forward which I refued. I sat long enough for my order to be correct.

  Rude employee Serentity and manager. Came up and asked if I had a problem. Well I did. Ringed my order in incorrectly then fought and argued with me about it. Opened the window only enough to hand the bag out and didn't even look our way. So unprofessional. Do better.
