  I am submitting a complaint regarding a drive-thru experience on April 17, 2026 at approximately 7:18 PM. I attempted to order a strawberry banana refresher, which I regularly purchase at multiple Dunkin locations. The employee taking my order stated it was unavailable due to not having “plain cold foam,” which did not align with what I was ordering. I calmly tried to clarify that I was requesting the strawberry banana refresher and not plain cold foam, but I was repeatedly cut off mid-sentence and spoken to in a sharp, irritated tone. At that point, I asked directly for clarification, whether the drink was available or not, because I did not want my order made incorrectly. Instead of receiving a clear answer, I was met with silence for an extended period. A second employee then got on the headset and attempted to continue the order, but both employees began speaking over each other and providing conflicting information. The second employee appeared to be trying to resolve the situation and was more professional in tone. However, the first employee’s behavior was dismissive, unnecessarily rude, and made it difficult to complete a very simple order. This situation was not about a menu limitation, it was about incorrect information and poor communication, followed by an unprofessional response when I attempted to clarify. Due to the confusion and the way I was spoken to, I chose not to complete my order and instead went to another Dunkin location, where I was able to order the same item without issue. I recommend that management review who was working the drive-thru at this time, as this type of interaction directly impacts customer experience and willingness to return.

  Try the Carmel Craze iced coffee with extra Sauce. They have fun themed donuts for every season and holiday.

  Food and drink was great but two blond girls who are always together don’t do much are rude when we are just laughing in the lobby staring at us, making faces, whispering things Rolling their eyes like they were annoyed.we did not like this, and nobody should be treated like this when they are just surviving if you are treated like this, just kill them with kindness oh and not to sound like a Karen but… table hinges are loose.

  A few evenings previously, I was sitting in the parking lot behind this dunkin waiting for AAA, when an adult female with a vehicle load of kids went through the drive thru and harassed a couple of young girls working there. They went to the doors trying to get in, and those young girls were scared inside the store, as they should have been. I'm an adult male, 225 lbs, and that situation would have made me nervous. I figured the police were called, but I didn’t witness law enforcement intervention. It was very disturbing for sure, especially to see an adult female participant in such activities. I eventually made my way over there and went through for a coffee, and it was obvious these young ladies were crying and scared. Its very strange because nothing was reported.
