- BBBethany BucklewMay 3, 20261.0HORRIBLE! I’ve never had a good experience but today has been the worst. Placed a mobile order to run inside & grab at 9:19am. Waited until 9:45, it still wasn’t done but already running late to church. So we left to go to church, figured we’d grab our order after. Arrive back to Dunkin around 10:45am, the order is NOT done still!!! I am mind blown. Currently going on 11am & waiting in the parking lot for my order I placed at 9:19am.

I was told it’s going to be a long time if I wanted food Why is that it’s 10 o’clock on a Sunday morning we know people eat and go to church so why does it take so long? I have been in line since 10 o’clock and it is 1019 and I’m still waiting in line 3 cars away. Absolute worst customer service Absolute worst everything I don’t know why but Dunkin’ Donuts you guys need to fix the problem
