I have multiple domino's that I like to stop at every so often to bring food home when I'm coming late and don't feel like trying to make something. The Fremont location is outstanding with customer service. The folks at Ashland,Medina and Oberlin are awesome... the Norwalk store however it feels like you're an annoyance every time you walk in there. Gee I'm sorry I made an order that pays your check. One of the reasons when driving back from Toledo I order from Fremont instead of Norwalk it's because I feel like they're pissed off just to do their job. The cream of the crop today was when I was the only car in the parking lot and as I was getting into it but delivery driver parked right across the front so I couldn't pull off. I had to back up because they couldn't Park 3 ft sooner and not block the only customer who had just gotten into their car. I know it sounds like I'm being a whiny Karen but it's just the constant total lack of consideration that this one seems to continue to give. If you've ever read any of my other reviews you see that I almost always give just positive ones. I don't like negative feedback. In this case though I'm kind of tired of getting the I don't care attitude. If you're getting delivery and don't have to deal with anybody by all means order the food because it will definitely be cooked to order.

This is a clear conflict of interest and a violation of Google’s contribution policies regarding employee reviews. I hope management and corporate address this behavior.

The manager with brown hair, glasses, is the definition of an unprofessional 'power-tripper.' If she even told the truth about being the GM. I don't see how she was hired as a manager. I witnessed her berating staff in front of customers, calling them 'slow' while she stood around doing absolutely nothing to help. It's ironic, if you take a look at her. She's a classic 'Bait and Switch' personality... Bipolar maybe. She puts on a professional face for two minutes, but the second there’s a minor issue, question, or has to do work, she turns into a complete nightmare. She treats people like they are beneath her rushing others while she does nothing. Apparently she has a higher education then me... Not... and decided to argue about the total cost of the pizza. One second it's one price and the next second it's another. The cook was very polite and nice. The cook should be promoted to a manager. I am currently confirming her name with upper management and will be updating this review. My wife will also be contacting corporate with a formal complaint and to name the individual. Whether you’re looking for a job or just a meal, stay away. No one should be subjected to that kind of 'Mega-Karen' energy or such a hostile work environment.
