  Love their peanut butter flavor in my coffee it's awesome. Also a young man by the name of Ethan works there and he has the absolute best customer service!!

  I had a wonderful experience at the Norton Dunkin’ a couple of weeks ago when our group was in town for the DCI show. I’m sorry it took me a little while to get around to writing this review, but I definitely wanted to make sure I did! Edith, the assistant manager, was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely attentive and even gave us the show schedule so she could make sure our group was taken care of and able to get back to the stadium in time. That level of thoughtfulness and customer service really stood out to me. The store was also incredibly clean, and despite being extremely busy, everyone was friendly, efficient, and fast. It was obvious the staff was working hard to keep everything moving while still treating customers well. Thank you to Edith and the entire Norton Dunkin’ team for making such a busy stop a genuinely pleasant experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  This stored did great tonight! I drove from Wadsworth because that terrible store always closes early before 9pm. I pulled up to Wadsworth store at 8:43pm with employees inside ignoring me, four cars in the parking lot. This has happened all summer. I ran to the Norton store and they happily served me. Thank you Norton for staying open until 9pm. You will get my money from now on!

  This was my second time here. First time I went through the drive thru and my drink was perfect ! Today I went inside to get my drink they had made wrong which is okay things happen. Ava that works there made sure to make my order right and asked the girl making my drink if it was made with almond milk(I’m lactose so that meant a lot to me) and the drink was perfect ! Everyone in there is doing their best and learning so do your best to be patient. Thank you again Ava for double checking my drink it meant a lot !

  This Dunkin is fabulous!! I went inside, placed an order because the drive thru line one was long, and I was already late for work. As I was waiting for my coffee, I noticed how the manager was telling her employees they we're doing great. I haven't seen this in a restaurant in a very long time. As she grabbed my coffee, she noticed it did not have the cold foam on top of it, and asked the girl to put the cold foam on. She apologized to me, and said it would be done in a few seconds. The attentiveness to her employees and customers was amazing. I do not get to experience things like this. I wish I could give 100 stars, because I was humbled before I went work. Above all else it was a fast, friendly encounter and my coffee was great. Its a true pleasure to have Dunkin in Norton!
