  1st appearance of this restaurant, was all I needed not to eat at this establishment. Litter all over the property, men's room filthy and no tp, That's when I decided not eating here. McDonald's should be embarrassed by the condition of this restaurant.

  I usually read reviews before visiting a place but hey this is McDonald's cant be tthat bad but baby listen this McDonald's is absolutely the worst one yet. Cherry St. Puts this one to shame. It was really dirty the vibes are completely off employees just standing around shitty attitudes there was no smiles there was no hello welcome to McDonald's the food was made wrong and let's talk about the fries they try to give me some old fries when you touch them they were cold and the grease just stuck to your fingers so I go to grab a napkin of course there's no napkins The counter was absolutely disgusting garbage all over the floor the whole McDonald's just needs to be revamped and whatever managers are there they need to be fired... THIS LOCATION deserves -5 Manager appeared unbothered and miserable could be seen talking about customers to other employees 🤬 poor presentation.

  I ordered food that was completely and probably different than every other order and gave me the wrong order.

  Went to McDonald's this evening for dinner and the employees were friendly and kind. Ordered a McFlurry Oreo, Chicken Nuggets and Fries at the drive thru and scanned for rewards on the app. Located in Northwood, Ohio!
