- BEBill ElamJul 24, 20261.0Casey, the assistant manager is extremely disrespectful. I bought a three-piece dark meal. They tried to give me two wings and a leg when I went in and asked them if I could have a thigh. She snatched my bag from me threw it in the garbage and went over and got a refund from the cashier and gave me my money back no explanation. No customer service told me that's what she was informed to do. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.... Visited multiple Krispy krunchy Chicken locations around the city. I've never bought a three-piece dark nail that only included two wings and a leg for a $10 meal. That's insane. Then to grab the bag for me and throw it away without saying a single word how could somebody with that level of professionalism become an assistant manager is beyond me
- JMjustin millerJan 14, 20254.0Pretty good chicken, very crispy, not as much flavor as I'd have liked. I got the 2 piece chicken thighs. The butter batter shrimp are very good, but for the price, the portions are pretty small. Pricing is decent. Store appeared to be clean and well maintained.
- CFChuck FincherAug 30, 20244.0Had chicken dinner with fries and tenders with fries. Everything was hot and good. Service was awesome. Asked for fresh fries, no problem. If you want fried chicken this will satisfy.👍
