- BEBill ElamJul 24, 20261.0Casey, the assistant manager is extremely disrespectful. I bought a three-piece dark meal. They tried to give me two wings and a leg when I went in and asked them if I could have a thigh. She snatched my bag from me threw it in the garbage and went over and got a refund from the cashier and gave me my money back no explanation. No customer service told me that's what she was informed to do. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.... Visited multiple Krispy krunchy Chicken locations around the city. I've never bought a three-piece dark nail that only included two wings and a leg for a $10 meal. That's insane. Then to grab the bag for me and throw it away without saying a single word how could somebody with that level of professionalism become an assistant manager is beyond me

- TThe Juice Alert !Jan 17, 20245.0I ordered via Uber eats and my food was super fresh and tasty!!! Arguably the best chicken in Toledo!!! I love their Mac and cheese, fries, and their honey biscuits are super great as well. Highly highly recommend.
