  The Arby's on woodville rd says it's open until midnight however on many occasions as my husband gets off work between 11 and 11:30 and there within 10 minutes of leaving work it has been closed with no employees there. If they are choosing to leave early they need to change their hours accordingly so my husband doesn't make wasted time or trip.

  I've ordered the cheesesteak from Arby's several times before and have always been able to get it without onions. On my most recent visit, I was told they couldn't remove the onions, which was disappointing since I know it's been done in the past. I understand procedures can change, but it would have been nice to have that flexibility or at least a better explanation. The food itself is usually good, but consistency and accommodating simple requests are important to customers. Not happy with arbys

  Wow a DOT of cheddar cheese?? WTH…I remember your BEEF & CHEDDAR use to have FLIPPIN CHEDDAR on it, NOT today!! Highly upset, we would come here often… no more, you are now officially on our list of crappy restaurants!! Thank you!
