There is absolutely no reason I had to wait 23 minutes in the drive through line for a single pre-placed order. I couldn’t pull around and go into the restaurant due to having kids in the car. The 23 minute wait caused us to miss our opportunity to pick up lunch and eat at the park before an appointment, which the kids were super bummed out about. The only person working in the kitchen was literally the manager. Unfortunately I did pay $6 for a drink and it wasn’t even filled up all the way, which I usually wouldn’t be mad about but in these circumstances, I want my drink filled to the rim 🥲.

By the time I get to pick it up, it will be cold. I tried going in to see if I can pick it up that way & was told I can’t.

Several of my friends had the same thing where their orders were marked as ready but we were watching the employees very slowly collect the food to put in the bags. Service has gone downhill - we usually stop here every year at this time on our way to Dayton and service has never been this bad before
