Just get a refund, right? Nope, it took them 30 minutes just for that. I tried to do something nice for my coworkers and it ended up with me being late for work because of how slow their service was (even though they weren’t even busy.) 0/5 stars if I could, go to Biggby Coffee instead, which has much better service and honestly better food.
