- CBC BApr 22, 20261.0I called into the store after placing my order online and asked for my Gluten free pizza to be baked lightly so that the crust isn't burnt. I always have to do this because there isn't a light bake option online and if they leave the Gluten free crust in the full time, it comes out burnt, hard and crispy which I do not want to pay for. The pizza was delivered burnt and without the extra toppings I requested. I called in and spoke to "Ben", and he was rude and argumentative regarding my dissatisfaction. He blamed it on the Crust company from which they order. I requested that they deliver another one baked correctly and to come and pick up the burnt pizza. He told me that I had to leave my home and bring the pizza back. I asked him, why should I have to do that when I ordered delivery. Though the website states "call and we'll make it right", Ben (if that's his real name) spent 5 minutes going back and forth with me before he finally agreed to remake the pizza and deliver it. He gave me a headache. It was over an hour for the redelivery, and it still doesn't look right. He can't tell me that it is normally how it looks with extra everything and light bake because I have ordered it that way before from Domino's and had it to my satisfaction. I'm not sure I even trust eating it at this point because he got upset about making it right. I doubt I will be ordering from this Domino's or maybe any of them any time soon. I will just order Pizza Hut because they have a gluten free crust as well. I wouldn't even be leaving this review if Ben's customer service and attitude was better when I made the complaint.

Tried calling corporate and you cannot speak to a real person. Customer service sucks at this location and corporate. Way better pizza places out there that actually answer the phone

What I just ordered was their specialty buffalo chicken pizza with 2 ranch cups and what I got was a pizza with no buffalo sauce, added tomato, and no ranch cups. How hard is it to make the actual pizza that someone orders? No longer a customer. *edit- after the first pizza that they messed up, they sent me another one. It had the correct toppings this time… but with raw dough in the middle. What a horrible place. Avoid at all costs.
