  My mom and I visited Chipotle on a Saturday afternoon, so we fully expected it to be busy. What we didn't expect was for them to be out of almost everything! We, along with several other customers, had to wait at least 25 minutes for fresh food to be prepared. What made the experience even more disappointing was how excessively dirty the food preparation and service stations were. Since they weren't serving customers while we waited, you would think someone would have taken that opportunity to clean and restock the area. Nope! I'm all for young people gaining valuable work experience, but this was clearly a training and management opportunity. Proper preparation, cleanliness, and communication should be priorities, especially during peak hours. Being busy is understandable. Being unprepared and maintaining an unsanitary service area is not. Hopefully, management uses experiences like this to improve staff training and overall operations.

  Waiting for the owner to close the site to conserve many people’s time and money, the operation remains understaffed and forbids walk-ins, leaving employees frustrated with the owner and manager. Whoever oversees this location seems indifferent to customers, aiming only to extract whatever profit is possible.

  This is maybe the worst chipotle in northeast Ohio. Walk in, violent rap music blasting. Employees standing around vaping. Clearly under the influence. Turned around and walked out. Been in this place probably a thousand times over the last 20 years. I will never go back in this place again. Shame on who ever is the district manager is for letting this place turn into whatever it is now. Tell your people to clean the lines at the very least.

  This chipotle is almost always dirty and behind on online orders. Drink machines are either empty or disgusting and congealed. They won’t process refunds for orders not even poorly done but not at all received. Not location specific but - ineffective and unhelpful chat bot. Shady business practice to demand I be charged twice in order to process a refund for something I never got. They intentionally try to make you jump through multiple hoops in hopes you’ll give up and let them keep your money. Won’t be returning to Chipotle for quite some time.

  Genuinely the worst chipotle experience i have ever had. I waited in line until i got up to order, i was then told that if i wanted a quesadilla i had to order it online. I ordered it online for the quickest time possible. I waited in the store until i got a notification that my order was ready. I then waited another 20 minutes, a total of 35 minutes after i walked in the door, until they set my food on the shelf. I had to remind them that i also ordered two drinks with it which they hadn’t set on the shelf for me, the lemonade they gave me was warm and hadn’t even been put in the fridge. when i finally sat down with my food, my quesadilla was cold and my chips were stale. In the 35 minutes i was waiting i watched two customers walk out mid order because the service was so bad, the employees cussing in front of customers with children multiple times, and employees make eye contact with me then go back to being in their phones. will never go back, i’d rather drive to a farther chipotle and waste money on gas then go there again.
