- EMErin MillerJul 27, 20261.0This does not even deserve a one star. I have NEVER seen a restaurant SUCH TERRIBLY ran. It was SO much better when Kayla was the GM. You got the portions you wanted everything was clean and cooked to perfection. Now you’re lucky if they get your order right. Walk in there the past few months “online orders only” assuming because the whole staff had to of quit because they made it pretty clear they hated their jobs. When Kayla was GM the WHOLE STAFF would never of quit. Or maybe it’s just because they’re just lazy. The portions are terrible. Not one good thing to say about this place anymore. It should not exist.

They were telling others as they entered it was a 20min wait on both chicken and steak. My order was a pickup and paid for this should have been priority. When the chicken was ready it was served to customers as they ordered! I Asked the cashier to tell me who was the manager and she said the man I asked last. I asked her to tell me his name and she said she can't and would have to ask him myself. I asked him and he said Franklin. I told him how long I had been there and he said "we have to make more chicken and I just need to wait." I said that's not what I expected to hear from you. He then start mocking me. This restaurant on this day was badly managed to say the least!!
