He’s the calm one between the two of us, so I believe him when he says what his encounter was. They must’ve just went through a dinner rush because he said the line was messier than normal. Maybe they had some rude customers during this time. But taking it out on someone else isn’t right. I live in the area and have heard multiple people complain about the service, never took stock in it until this evening. If this lack of service continues, the new Qdoba is going to get the business Chipotle clearly doesn’t want.
