- GSGrace ShahinJul 28, 20261.0Seriously this store needs to shut down or just simply change its employees. I gave it my last try and will never again. They sent wrong food not only that but it’s actually not a menu item I ordered the s’mores sticks and received something that smells weird and came with marinara sauce lol. Also received half portion of their usual size pasta but at least the correct item . I tried to call but obviously no answer as usual. Money went down the drain.

Tried calling - it goes to a call center. They put me through to the store, they don’t pick up their phone. Waited on hold for 15 minutes for them to hang up on me. 0/5 stars

My pizzas were wrong and my cinnamon sticks were hard as rock and the cinnamon sugar was in chunks. The second time they didn’t even have the item I ordered and the man at the register asked “what are the smores sticks”. Dude you work here not me what? He gave me an additional order of some breadsticks that he threw random seasonings on and argued with me when I told him I’d rather have the cinnamon sticks because I’m not going to eat two whole orders of breadsticks? Avoid this location at all costs. You will not get a decent meal out of it. It’s a waste of money

I had to wait for her to put down another order of wings because she did not read it. My other part of the order sat on the counter while I waited. Reading is fundamental! Get it right the next time!! 👎👎
