  Literally a disaster. I’ve ordered here twice. The first time all of my food was messed up. My pizzas were wrong and my cinnamon sticks were hard as rock and the cinnamon sugar was in chunks. The second time they didn’t even have the item I ordered and the man at the register asked “what are the smores sticks”. Dude you work here not me what? He gave me an additional order of some breadsticks that he threw random seasonings on and argued with me when I told him I’d rather have the cinnamon sticks because I’m not going to eat two whole orders of breadsticks? Avoid this location at all costs. You will not get a decent meal out of it. It’s a waste of money

  Terrible service!!! I placed an order 6/24 online. When i went to pick it up the woman making my order did'nt get it right. I had to wait for her to put down another order of wings because she did not read it. My other part of the order sat on the counter while I waited. Reading is fundamental! Get it right the next time!! 👎👎

  I submitted an online order today, 6/14, at 5:10 pm and set up a delivery time of 6:30pm for same day. Not only was my delivery 20 minutes late, the order we received was complete wrong. 2 thin crust pizzeas (medium and small) were delivered with the incorrect toppings along with an unseasoned order of bread sticks. The bread sticks were just a slab of plain crust, no topping or seasoning at all. We had ordered a big dinner box with 2 medium pizzas, wings, and breadsticks. I called the store immediately to tell them about the order being wrong and waited 17 minutes without an answer. I don’t know how much worse this could have gotten. Still trying to get ahold of someone at the store, but nobody will answer. Unacceptable. I understand that mistakes happen with orders, but then to not answer your phone… not ok. Horrible service.

  Ordered ahead for delivery, food wasn't delivered until over 90 minutes after it was supposed to be. Couldn't get a hold of the store, no one answered the phone. After food finally was delivered, it was completely the wrong order, not a single item was correct. Tried contacting customer service the next day, no one called me back, emailed back, anything. A week later I got an email from Pizza Hut corporate for a free large pizza. No thanks, not after you screwed up a $35 order and then didn't get a single item right after delivering 90+ minutes late. Horrible service, horrible customer service.

  So the last 2 times I went to this location it’s been a disaster. 1st time they didn’t even have any wings so I just had to cancel my order all together. 2nd time I went there, I placed an order at 2pm to be picked up at 6pm. I got there at 6 and it wasn’t even started yet. 1 employee was working. ONE. And he was so high he could barely function. He couldn’t count proper change and he was mumbling and slurring his speech. Then 20 minutes later when I got my order, he told me “there are bags right there if you want one” ummm isn’t that your job to out my food in the bag? And there were also 4 wings missing from the order. Which barely had any sauce on them. And he had the audacity to ask for a tip. And just to put a cherry on it, the floor was so sticky my shoes were sticking. If I ever choose to get Pizza Hut again (unlikely) this will be one of the last locations I will ever go to. Never again will I order from this location. Spare yourself from frustration and time and money and go somewhere worth it. Not this pathetic excuse for a franchise
