  This McDonald’s never fails to take over 15 minutes every time I go here especially when i’ve only ordered a fountain drink and I’m the only one going through the drive-through. It’s honestly bizarre how poorly this place has been run and it’s very recently built. I never write reviews but this shit has done pissed me off one too many times. And don’t even get me started if you go in it’s like you’re invisible. They don’t come up to you. I wait even longer if I try to go inside.

  Decided to try the app, ordered from home, and was planning on the food being ready when I got there. The app said when I arrived to put in the curbside pick up number. Well, I get here and the app won't let click the "i am here" button. So, go to drive thru. They haven't seen my order, so they take photos of the receipt on my phone and then start my order. After waiting 20 minutes, they bring it to my car. To add insult to injury, they forgot one of the two cheeseburgers my son ordered.

  Third and last time I’ll go there . Worst service anywhere, worse than Swenson’s on Broadview. 15 minutes to wait on breakfast at 10 . Really ? Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Then instead of taking responsibility for anything, they blame everything else; call offs, staffing , something went down, etc. Can’t be truthful if it’s happening all the time. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, PLEASE.
