When I arrived I was told that they didn't have the soufflé because of some power problem. This was what my wife wanted for her Mother's Day breakfast so I was disappointed. Needed to find an alternative so I cancelled the entire order (other off the shelf bakery items). Used the standard email I received asking for feedback to tell this story and ask for someone to contact me. 48 hours later no contact and the charge for the order was processed. Obviously, I disputed it. Not my first bad experience at this location and no one at Panera seems to care. I'm done.
