My kids have just discovered Jimmy John's since they opened a North Ridgeville location and now it has dethroned McDonald's as their favorite place to eat. My girls like the turkey sub and my son loves the hunter club. Their cookies are super good too and really soft. I also like ordering from here because they have Diet Coke 💯🥤

Last 3 times I got a sandwich here, it made me physically ill!!! I remember when JJ’s was still delicious and full of fresh ingredients. Now the lettuce is soggy, the meat tastes dodgy, and the bread tastes weird. Do not go here, unless you’re there to protest their lousy food!

I placed an order online. The girl called to let me know I made an error. We worked together and she fixed it for me. Amazing staff!
