First time going to this location. All I ordered was a number 4 with a coke and regular chips. Guy at the window knowingly tried passing me an overflowing cup of coke spilling out of his hands and tried to pass it to me in literally a brand new car of mine. I had a micro fiber towel that I had to pass oit the window to accept the drink from spilling into my car. I get home, a have no chips in the bag and the coke drink was extreamly flat. Never again will I go to this location again

I tried stopping here after I got off of work, I arrived at 8:50pm. When I got there, I was told that they were closed even though it says that they’re open until 9pm.
If they want to close earlier than 9, I completely get it. BUT, if you’re not going to stay open/serve customers until 9, then don’t say that you’re open until 9…

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience at Jimmy John’s in North Ridgeville was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
Yesterday, I placed a mobile order through the Jimmy John’s app and received both an in-app confirmation and an email confirmation with an order number. When I arrived at the drive-thru, I gave my name and stated I was there for a mobile app order. The employee handed me a bag with only one sandwich in it, and the name on the receipt wasn’t even mine. I politely explained that this was not my order and that I had ordered two sandwiches.
Instead of checking, the employee immediately told me I “must’ve ordered somewhere else.” I showed her both my app confirmation and my email confirmation, and she still insisted the order “didn’t come through” and said she didn’t know what I needed to do. After I asked again for someone to double-check, she got an attitude and went to the back asking if someone had given out the wrong order. A gentleman then returned with my actual bag — which clearly had my receipt attached the entire time.
Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. When I got home and opened the sandwiches, one of them was completely wrong. I ordered a #3 tuna sub with added pickles and onions, but instead received a plain turkey sandwich with only lettuce and turkey. My receipt clearly showed the correct order.
I called the store to explain the situation, and instead of offering a refund for the mistake and poor customer service, I was told they “don’t do that” and that I could come back for a replacement sandwich “on the house.” After already dealing with rude service and multiple mistakes, I had no interest in driving back up there.
Customer service matters just as much as getting the order right, and unfortunately this experience failed on both. I honestly would rather drive an extra 30 minutes to another Jimmy John’s location than return to this one.

Wrong order every time. I ordered a sandwich with chicken, dressing, lettuce, and tomato. I gave 1 star for each ingredient that made it onto my sandwich. They don’t do refunds because of the “manager policy”, only credits… I don’t want a credit after you messed up my order two times in a row. I’m not coming back.
