- ARAlong For The RideJul 25, 20261.0Horrible service this morning. Horrible line. Ice cold sausage on my sandwich. Wakeup wrap had no bacon. They got my order wrong, had to wait 20 minutes to let them know they forgot my sausage croissant sandwich. 4 employees asked me what was wrong??? Communicate to eachother its not that hard? This staff couldn't rub two rocks together to save themselves. The amount of brain power behind that window was non-existent today. They finally give me my food about 30 minutes later (after coming back) and ice cold sausage, like straight from the freezer with a wakeup wrap with no bacon?

Not only was she grumpy on the drive through speaker but she was bad mouthing me so loudly that I could hear her at the drive through window. My wife had to stop me from screaming at her. Everyone else who works there is always polite. I don’t understand what her problem is but you guys should probably fire her before she upsets the wrong person.
- DDDuckyJul 11, 20261.0Went up to the drive-through around 9:25 As I was seeing in line for my order to be taken, I wondered why everyone order was taking so long until the guy in front of me hold up to order and I could hear someone on the speaker so give me one minute I could do not I sat there for seven minutes on top of the 20 minutes mind you there were only 4 other cars in front of me , I had already sat there and she did not even start to take his order I left. I have no idea how much longer it took for him to get his order in and when I realized that there was absolutely no urgency for these people waiting in line, I pulled out and went to work. I was extremely confused because I have never experienced this lack of urgency in a drive thru. I was very disappointed that I had sat in this line for close to 30 mins to not even get my order taken.
