To management: thank you for training your staff to give large portions and honor the extra-serving requests. We will continue to dine here (and vehemently recommend it to others) for as long as you continue to dish out large servings of rice, beans, and the other sides.

Go figure nothing but teenagers there. I hate sounding old but teens actually used to do their jobs well in the past. Hate to say it but stop hiring children.

They were out of the honey chicken and said it would only be a 5 minute wait. After waiting 10 minutes I asked to be refunded as I had other places to be. The cashier dismissed me request saying it would be ready soon. After another 5 minutes I again requested to be refunded. An extremely rude coworker came to the register to process the refund telling me I would only be receiving 11.24 even though I paid 13.50. When I questioned why I wouldnt receive all my money back he got upset and argumentative saying the re was a tax difference. My order was to go with no drinks or tax charged. While it may only be 2.00 it is the point that they did not refund the entire price paid. Do better

I don’t understand how a worker looked at this and thought that this would be acceptable. I always have problems with this chipotle, but I still go back hoping it’s better, but it fails every time. Very disappointed yet again.
