During that time, I received no updates or communication about the delay. To make matters worse, I didn't hear from a manager until July 10, eight days after the order. As of July 16, I still have not received the refund I was promised. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and failure to resolve the issue in a timely manner are unacceptable. Delays can happen, but ignoring customers and making them wait weeks for a refund is not. I won't be ordering from this location again, and I hope they improve their customer service and refund process so other customers don't have the same experience.
