  I went in to get my birthday drink and I stood there waited for the guy to stop wiping the counter singing and swimming to Janet Jackson on their radio, the young guy then turned his back completely ignoring me, there was another girl wiping the other counter who I looked at and she turned her back, the other girl was working the window but walked to the counter and ignored me also... I ended up walking out not spending a dime. I can't say why they treated me like this but I do know I am a black woman and the guy and girl were white, the other girl is Arab... totally disrespectful behavior especially when your losing money for your company, Dunkin hire better employees!!

  If I could give this place less then One star I would and I even contemplated about writing a review because I barely write reviews for places unless I’m either very dissatisfied or extremely impressed. And unfortunately I’m beyond dissatisfied and blown away this place and the service they provide is horrible …. I rarely go to this location, but do Work down the street and when I don’t stop by my house before getting on the freeway at the Dunkin on West 117th, which by the way has the most amazing service for being on the west side of Cleveland can have 20 people in the drive-through get them all in and out within five minutes with your order correct and your food hot? How does this place in North Olmsted on the border of Westlake not have good service but the Dunkin on the west side of Cleveland does blows my mind. Maybe they should go down there and learn a thing or two you will wait in line for over 30 minutes for a coffee or for your order in general they take one order at a time and complete one order at a time before taking the next order. Meanwhile, when you pull up to the window, they’re all just standing around talking the girls that work there have horrible attitudes very disrespectful and rude. I don’t even know how this place is still running this is probably one of the worst Dunkin locations I have ever been to the employees are rude, lazy and sloppy and that just shows that whoever owns this franchise or is management is just the same type of person steer clear drive a little further and go somewhere else. This location is crap.

  I wasn’t going to write a review however this is the second bad experience in a row that I had here in a week. A few days ago I went and got an iced latte and a wake up wrap and my boyfriend got a breakfast sandwich. There was no wake up wrap in the bag that I paid for. Today, I went and got the same thing, a coffee and a wake up wrap. I opened the bag and the bacon wasn’t even in the wrap, it was in the bag, and there was no cheese in it. Also, the workers here are very rude and act like they hate their job. I ordered a large water and was told “I can do a small” like that makes no sense.

  We waited a long time to get our drinks as the staff were in no hurry to do anything. Also the amount of bacon we got was abysmal. Like it seriously might have been 3 pieces if that. I would avoid this location. It's clear the staff don't care about anything. Also there was some girl standing off to the side in the lobby messing with all the take out receipts. She was talking to staff like she knew them but she was not dressed appropriately to be working and it was weird she was touching stuff behind the counter without being a worker. Also why are there Starbuck's drinks on the counter? It was also surprising that they were completely out of donuts at noon. Like, not even donut holes or anything. There was nothing. Avoid this location. The girl standing beside the counter who was talking to the workers and touching stuff behind the counter was waiting for a cup of ice while holding a half full 2 liter of lemonade. It defintiely makes me think she had alcohol in the car and was drinking.

  I barely leave anyone reviews but this time I have to. All im going to say is the manager that works morning shifts is disgusting! I really dont know how her head works but she definitely thinks shes up to something. Her & her little works always tall ish about customers out loud, she had the nerve to throw my drink away for her OWN mistake that i asked to only fix but idc she is GOING to remake my drink if she has that attitude. Anyways, shes not ok.
