  blondie with the braids needs to go, didn’t speak a single word and gave us a latte that solely had milk in it.

  Slow drive thru everyday. Either long line or short line, still takes 20-30 mins

  This is by far the WORST dunkin I have ever been to. I normally go to the one in north ridgeville but they are closed down right now. I’ve gone through the drive thru enough at this place to know that EVERYTIME they are rude all the time. Today the drive through was long so I decided to go inside. Not only was who I’m assuming is the manager rude but the other employees as well! She was calling for mobile orders and was getting annoyed when no one would grab them so she tossed the sandwich on the counter with the biggest attitude. Then her and another employee were talking about someone in the drive through because they had said “about time” I understand Dunkin is a busy business but she was loudly saying “he wants to talk about “about time” we could be slower” and the other employee was chiming in on it. The lady in front of me waiting to order and I kept sharing looks because you have a lobby full of people?? Why are you acting like that? I ended up walking out without ordering. Can’t wait until north ridgeville is open again

  04-24-26 Old african american woman has a nasty attitude to customers and towards the young girl who was working window. Shout out to that young girl! Shes doing her best and apologizing for whomever that rude woman is. Do better with customer service.. Coffee was delicious however thank you

  I don’t normally post reviews like this but I can’t help myself. I go to this Dunkin multiple times a week and can’t take it anymore. The manager(?) that works in the early morning is RUDE. Ordered on the app, left my house. I got there in 5 minutes or less (I live close by but was not EXPECTING it to be done when I got there) I pull up to the drive thru and literally just gave my name, the woman comes on in a very rude tone and told me “YOU JUST PLACED THAT ORDER, ITS NOT READY - YOU’RE GONNA HAVE TO WAIT BC WE HAVE FOUR ORDERS IN FRONT OF YOU”…… like okay?????? It would have been the same thing if I had ordered it right there on the speaker, why are you coming after me for a mobile order like this??? Literally makes me not want to go to this location bc there is no reason for that whatsoever. CLEARLY based off the reviews, I’m not the only person who feels that way.
