- MDMelissa DennisSep 23, 20261.0I usually place a mobile order on my way into work and rarely have any issues with this location, but unfortunately, today was a very disappointing experience. The store wasn’t particularly busy when I pulled up to the window. The employee who handed me my order seemed very out of it and distracted. I got the $6 meal deal, which includes a sandwich, hash browns, and a coffee. When I looked in the bag, there were no hash browns. I sat at the window waiting for her to notice, but eventually had to tell her that they were missing. I explained that I ordered the $6 meal and that my receipt clearly showed the hash browns were included. She had to ask another employee before finally bringing them out. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the end of the issue. My office is only about two minutes from this location, and when I got there and went to eat my breakfast, my sandwich was completely cold. The egg felt and tasted like it had just come out of the refrigerator, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The only part of the food that was actually warm was the hash browns. I understand that mistakes happen, but between having to point out the missing item and then receiving a sandwich that was essentially ice cold, this was not the quality of service or food I’ve come to expect from Dunkin. I’m hoping this was just an off day, because I normally don’t have problems with this location.

I pulled up to the order screen and no one said anything for 3-5 minutes. Quite a few cars started backing up behind me, so I finally said hello. A girl came on and said oh sorry I put my headset down…okay that’s weird. So I then pull up and she tells me they’re out of my muffin no biggie I take the donut and my coffee After another minute a guy gives me my hot food and at this point I am still waiting for my donut holes. I see the girl and instead of opening the window to ask what I was still waiting on she goes and tells the guy I am assuming to make my wrap which he already gave me. After another hot ass minute she tries to give me another wrap and finally tell her I’m just waiting on the donut holes. It’s always something at this location. The whole thing took like 20 minutes or so for no real reason minus this cashier being super off and bad customer service. The coffee is always a hit or miss if it taste good or not but that seems to be all Dunkin’s.
