- CWConnor WalshAug 9, 20261.0Garbage place to place an online order at. Placed an order this morning at 9:06am and got to the store at 9:22 am. My order was not ready at all. At 9:30 my coffee was done but not my food waited another 5 minutes til 9:35am and had to leave without my food because I was already late. The gentleman at the register and making the coffee was extremely nice but it seemed as if he was the only one working with multiple other employees in the store. The one making the food was only making 1 order every 5-10 minutes. Last of all the food and the drinks of the customers that ordered at the counter came out right away while the online orders have to wait longer. Not a good way to do business. Get some workers that can actually perform and get the orders out as they come in. Thanks for making me late by 10min making me take an hour out of my PTO and not giving me my food.
