- NDNataliya DJun 30, 20261.0This was my third visit here, and it will absolutely be my last. Unfortunately, I've never had a good experience, but today was by far the worst. When I arrived, there were seven people in front of me. After 10 minutes, the line hadn't moved. The cashier was clearly struggling to check customers out, and there were even periods when no one was behind the register at all. Three people in front of me eventually gave up and left. About five minutes later, two more walked out. I kept waiting because I really didn't feel like going somewhere else. When it was finally my turn, an employee prepared my bowl, but then I stood there for another seven minutes watching it get cold while the cashier tried to figure out how to check out the customer ahead of me. By that point, my patience was gone. I asked to speak with the manager. He told me they were experiencing power outages. if you knew that, why wasn't there a sign on the door letting customers know to expect significant delays? The manager acknowledged that he had seen multiple customers walk out, yet nothing was done to warn anyone before they came in and waited. A simple sign would have shown respect for customers' time. I also pointed out how filthy the counter was (see photo below) and asked if that was also because of the power outage.he didn't know what to say, he simply grabbed a towel and started wiping it down. If I didn't say something I am sure no one would care to wipe it down. I was so frustrated that I was literally shaking. The people behind me were just as irritated. The entire experience felt completely disorganized and unprofessional. I had planned to eat there, but after a couple of bites, I just wanted to leave. It was an absolutely terrible experience, and I have no intention of ever coming back.
