  Love the food. Employees are courteous. Only problem is they consistently do not have coffee ready in the morning. I’ve gone there Multiple times to dine in and they make me wait ten plus minutes for coffee. How do you not have coffee ready at 830 in the morning? They also have limited staff before 9am…so you are waiting forever to get your food. At 9am they have more employees show up. Before that it’s a skeleton crew.

  Ordered through the Chick-fil-A app (delivered via DoorDash) and received the wrong order. Not for the first time. The process to refund is painful !! This is frustrating, especially when ordering through the official app. I expect better accuracy and quality control. Hoping management looks into this and improves order verification for delivery orders.

  Dining in is always fine but at lunch the drive through is a random assortment of employees in different configurations and I get chastised like an elementary school student for not following the order of operations. I order online and then it's a toss up of either Step 1) Go to the speaker and tell them you're here OR find the employee with a tablet or Step 2) after going to the speaker then go to another employee with a tablet and check in again then OR they aren't there or are hiding around the corner and you don't know what they're doing there so you just go past them and then Step 3) go to the order window after checking in 2-3 times and then get told to "move up" and then you move up to the stop sign and then Step 4) get told to go to a parking space OR you just wait there at the sign but if you mess up ANY of these steps then you get a passive aggressive "Next time do steps 1, 3, and 4." Do I check in at the speaker like the app says? Do I check in through the employee with the tablet? Do I check in again at the order window? I don't appreciate getting chastised for not following vague orders and triple check ins. Also your employees should not be on a small ledge just off a blind turn, they're going to get hit of worse run over by someone not paying attention, like me when I go around a turn after checking in and suddenly seeing a person with an iPad standing just off the lane on a curb.
