  Came in tonight around 8 PM to get dinner for my family, they had music blaring so loud. I couldn't even ask the worker a question she had to lean over-the-counter and say what really loud like we was at a nightclub then I was told that they're not gonna make chicken, because it's already 8 o'clock, even though the long John silver side is open till 10. Employees are just running back-and-forth playing while hitting their vapes. Some of them don't even look old enough to have of overall, horrible experience. Every time I come here, they mess something up and then get mad when you ask them to correct it. If I could give 0 stars, I would There's no leadership in this establishment at all

  Never happy at this taco bell. Market and Portage are awesome.

  Barely anything inside the tacos. The twists were literally bits and pieces and barely half a bag. Waited in line a solid 25 min. Absolute GARBAGE 🗑️

  It seems as though there is always an item missing. You need to check your order before leaving. This time for me it was a nachos n cheese for my daughter. Went back through the drivthru told them the missing item. At first the person wanted to argue with me and tell me I didn't order nachos n cheese. After she went back through my order reading it off. She realized she was wrong. I in fact did order it. No apologies for trying to say i was worg and didn't order it or anything. All I have to say is, with as much money that my order was why in the world would I try to get a free nachos n cheese!!! This Tacobell location needs to do better all the way around!

  The food and service was great. The dining room was very clean and the food came out nice and fast. My problem is the fact that the staff was yelling at one another, one conversation was about a coworker being late another conversation was how an employee was on the line without a hair net. Not to mention the other conversations that were overheard. The employees should really keep unnecessary conversations quiet or wait until your customers aren’t within earshot. Their loud, heated conversations ruined the atmosphere.
