- DMDiane MooreSep 15, 20263.0So, I have been going to Jimmy Johns for decades, the problem is lately it's been a little disappointing. I love their sandwiches, but lately, the attention to detail has been off. There has been too much lettuce, and small on the meat. I ask for the sandwich to be cut in half, never happens, I know that sounds silly, but it's right on the receipt. The bread lately has been stale, it's just , fading. I love this store! But I think management needs to watch what is going out.

The pasta side is like a damn tablespoon of pasta... should be $0.50... and they'd still make a profit. What a joke. As for my wrap.. They wrapped it in the paper, then.... cut it in half through the paper and didn't even fully cut it... then wrapped it again. Fell apart getting it out. A complete mess. What kind of idiot cuts it in half THROUGH the paper?..
