  First time ever trying Jimmy Johns. Disappointed. Portions suck for the price. The pasta side is like a damn tablespoon of pasta... should be $0.50... and they'd still make a profit. What a joke. As for my wrap.. They wrapped it in the paper, then.... cut it in half through the paper and didn't even fully cut it... then wrapped it again. Fell apart getting it out. A complete mess. What kind of idiot cuts it in half THROUGH the paper?..

  I've given this location several chances, but have had nothing but issues almost every single time. First time, I had an order take an hour to arrive because the driver forgot my drink. That's fine, mistakes happen so I understand. But this ended up happening twice in a row. Then today, the delivery driver "had a problem with the delivery" and my food wasn't delivered. Nobody tried contacting me at all, so I wasn't even aware that the driver was having an issue. If I hadn't called the store 40 minutes after ordering, I would have essentially been out $15 without even receiving my food... Frankly, the fact that nobody tried to contact me when they were having trouble reaching my location, or even just to let me know that I wasn't going to be able to receive my sandwich, was extremely unprofessional. Got my food re-delivered, but there was no straw with the drink and my sandwich said no onions, but I got almost a comical amount of onions (and this wasn't even all of them)... Management was quick and friendly at correcting the situation, but it's unlikely that I will be ordering from this location again after what happened today.

  Placed a delivery order and ask to be called when they arrived because im out back, upstairs and they left my food in the front. I had to go find my food on the wet floor. I guess $5 for a 4 min drive wasn't enough.
