  The long haired manager is a super nice guy. Always happy to help and seems to enjoy his job. Everyone else is hit or miss. Some seem quite grumpy. As far as the products, when they first opened they had so many healthy options, lots of gluten free and vegan and items without preservatives and pesticides and GMOs. Then little by little you started seeing Coke, Lays, Tide and Colgate. Made me lose a lot of respect for them. Worse still, they stopped selling some of my essentials and replaced them on the shelf with these junk brands. Every few weeks an item I’ve grown accustomed to disappears. It used to be a store I could get 90%+ of my groceries at, but now it’s closer to only about 50%. It’s not ideal but I’ve started to make the trek all the way to Whole Foods in Beachwood and lo and behold, my grocery bill even dropped. We used to call it “Whole Check” because it seemed considerably more expensive, but now what I can get at Whole Foods (98% of what I need) costs me $500 but if I go to Fresh Thyme, I guaranteed to spend $750 and still not find close to everything I need. When they do have their 30% off supplements I do save a lot, so that is a saving grace. However, their rewards program is just sub par. I just recently learned I had racked up 40,000+ points, which to my understanding was “crazy” but when I asked how much that earned me off, the answer was $20, that I’d have to use in 2 $10 increments. Seriously?? Boo. I still shop at Fresh Thyme if I just need a handful of items and I’m short of time, but I’d prefer to make the trip up to Whole Foods if time allows. It’s a shame because I think they started out with good intentions but just lost the plot along the way.

  Very well-stocked "healthful food' store with a friendly and helpful staff. They also carry many of the gluten free and dairy-free products I need, in addition to a wide variety of fresh produce and meats. I will definitely return!

  In the supplement aisle, top-notch. A woman there was very helpful and showed me right where I needed to go and helped me figure out what I was looking for. Trying to get fish was a whole other thing…I was at the counter for well over five minutes (actual time, not hyperbole) and didn’t even get acknowledged. Unfortunate.

  The store is clean and well stocked. I mainly go there to get supplements during the 30% off sale each quarter. The sale prices and quality of the supplements have been good. I also love the self-checkout option. The staff in that section is helpful when I need to ask questions. However, they are also hovery and will watch you, repeatedly ask if you need help, or comment on your choices. They have also criticized the medical field and my medications that help me. If you want to be left alone, like I do, I recommend going in the evenings when there don't seem to be staff in that section.

  The employees at this place are genuinely some of the nicest people I’ve found in a health food store. Helped me find a product that I couldn’t find and went out of their way to wish me a happy holiday even though they were stuck working on the holiday. Will definitely be back
