I had never been to a Fazoli's before but my wife talked about it as a fond memory from her childhood because the bread is endless. She loves endless bread. I had the Italian sandwich and it was a SPANKER. Very good. The service that she described from her childhood is just not there anymore. No one is coming around like a restaurant checking on you, you have to go to a counter if you need anything. The staff was very kind though. The restaurant itself felt very much like a Burger King from 2002 and could use an update. Overall though, super cool place and happy I went!

- BCBrian CappabiancaAug 12, 20261.0Sadly, after today’s visit, I have to change my review of this location. My wife and I came in on 9/4/26 at approximately 7:00 PM with her service dog. We have visited this location many, many times before and have never had an issue bringing her service dog with us. After standing at the counter for a minute or two, a short-haired employee approached us and said, “My manager told me to tell you your dog can’t be in here.” I explained that the dog is a service dog and was clearly identified as such with her vest. I asked to speak with the manager, and the employee told me that she was the manager, even though I had already seen her speaking with another employee in the back through the window. Unfortunately, the interaction became unnecessarily confrontational. I explained that there were two ways we could handle the situation: I could leave and contact my attorney, which is not how I wanted to handle things, or we could simply resolve the situation and move on. She ultimately allowed us to stay, and we ordered our food. The food was okay, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was okay as well. However, the way this situation was handled completely changed my opinion of this location and is the reason I am giving it zero stars. What bothers me most is that a restaurant would go out of its way to put a sign on the door asking customers to leave positive reviews, yet treat a customer this way over a clearly identified service dog. If you want positive reviews, you have to provide a positive experience. My wife and I drive approximately 35–40 minutes each way to come here because we have enjoyed this location in the past. After today’s experience, however, I will definitely be considering other options that are closer to home. I sincerely hope management takes the time to address what happened today, because this was completely unnecessary and could have been handled much better.
