    Gave me a horrible looking bismark with most of the frosting gone. Messed up my order and forgot hash browns even after telling him 3 times. The people there were slightly rude. The 2 Bismarcks were also placed on top of each other so they stuck together. When I called to complain the lady hung up on me. I called back she said it was an accident. They offered to exchange the 2 donuts. Not recommended to go there or if you do check your order before leaving.

    At about 4pm today we placed an order through the Drive-Thru and we had the most horrible experience ever! We have been coming to this specific location regularly for years but today was our last time. First off they got our order wrong, second everyone at the window were EXTREMELY rude and they were making fun of us, third we asked to speak to the manager and we got completely ignored by her!

    The drive-thru speaker system was too faint for me to hear the attendant clearly. I went inside to order a refresher, but it was served without the customary cold foam. I returned the beverage, and it was then returned with only about half an inch of foam, which falls short of the usual standard. Additionally, other coffee orders were not prepared correctly. When I mentioned these problems, the staff showed an unprofessional attitude. Turned around, had to wait a while to receive the corrected orders, which nonetheless did not adhere to Dunkin' quality standards.

    8 pm Friday night 3.20.26 The Lady working drive thru had the best, most welcoming, sweet demeanor. She smiled and was beyond polite!!! It has been awhile since I have had an experience with a happy worker. She made my night with just kindness!! Keep it up!
