  Got my food to go. Chicken crunch wrap. Opened it up was just a hard taco one had no meat in it just cheese. Highly disappointed ☹️

  Was there tonight, the new drive thru ai ordering is stupid. Sign says "say team member to order with someone" I said team member and the lady came on and rudely said that we have to order with ai. Why would I want to order with a talking speaker instead of a human... I will not be going back

  Waited 25 minutes For a pick up order that should’ve been completed by the time I arrived. When questioned, after about 10 minutes, they said, I had to wait after everyone else because I came inside and then proceeded to not make my order until everyone else had left, including the drive-through and the lobby. If you’re staff and are the one responsible for this, I’m calling on everyone in the morning and if you’re the Supervisor or General Manager I’d like for you to look back on camera for this day between the time of 07:20pm and 7:55pm
