  I purchased soup and sandwich through the drive thru and sat in on passenger seat. I drove less than a mile to drop off to someone, they opened door and grab the bag and I notice my seat was wet and basically at that same moment the food fell through the bag. I called to let the restaurant know what happened. This is what upset me more than the food spilling, I spoke with the manager today at 4pm about 10 minutes after leaving the drive thru, explained what happened and was placed on hold for about 6 minutes (checked my call log total call was 7 min 49sec) she came back and she that she was checking to see if it was possibly packaged incorrectly and then asked me to explain again because she didn't understand what I was saying....no apology and no attempted resolution, just an implied accusation which I said to her. So negative consumer service moment for me.

  The foot was decent but since they closed down the local fresh dough facility and started shipping the dough frozen it doesnt seem the same. The Sandwhich was noticeably smaller then it was before with less on it .

  Placed an order for the last two remaining pastry items four hours in advance upon arriving to the store. I was informed that they were sold 10 minutes ago. That’s the only reason why I placed an order online was to secure. Lost a customer
