- LSLinzy StilsonJun 3, 20262.0Leaving this review in the hopes that the manager on 6/3/26 at about 8:15 am will see it. My order was perfect and the coffee was delicious. The girl at the window was very friendly. This review does not reflect on the staff, rather the manager herself for yelling at her staff over having some coffee spilt on the sides of the cup. I understand that you want things to go smoothly and you obviously think that customer service is important, however, yelling at your staff in front of customers is not a “flex”. Your staff are people too and deserve respect. I personally don’t mind that there was some coffee spilt on my cup and I understand not every customer may feel that way. But there is a time and place to correct your staff and a more professional way to go about it. You could’ve easily wiped the sides of the cup and pulled the employee to the side to discuss it with her. Embarrassing her in-front of me, other customers, and other staff was not called for.

When I pulled up to the window, I could see the employee making my drink. I believe that she was alone. She poured the correct flavoring in, but when she went to combine it with green tea, she ran out. She audibly said “Oh shit!” Then I watched her use lemonade to fill the rest of the cup. She brought it to the window and asked her “Is that made with green tea?” She said “Yeah, I think so.” How do you think so? You just made the drink. You either know or you don’t. I don’t appreciate being lied to when I’m paying for a simple drink. I know what the drink is supposed to look and taste like. I have been drinking them for years. I could’ve argued with her at the window, but instead I said have a good night. I love Dunkin’ Donuts, but this location needs some serious work and improvement amongst staff.

And I think it's like the 14th, yes, I went back to the drive through to get a drink remade and the lady at the window was just so rude about it. I mean, she asked like what's wrong with it. And I told her it's just not made right I get these drinks every day and it doesn't taste how it's supposed to taste and I try to explain to her that the cup it was white. There was no flavor in it at all, and she ran off, snatched the cup, snatched her head set off like something was really frustrating her. Read may made may my drinks so fast. She end up putting way too much favor in it. Instead of making it right she was putting that much flavor in my drink, trying to be funny because she was mad that I wanted my dream refresher remade, I was never being rude towards her, I simply just acted in a neutral tone. Hey, can this be made and she had an attitude from jump. I mean, that was just really unnecessary handed me my cup so fast, said, thank you and slammed the window as hard as she could.
