  Dave and Busters is a fun place to take kids for a couple of hours. They had a great time collecting tickets. This particular Dave and Busters was very clean and had a friendly, helpful staff.

  Over priced, and the food is less than spectacular. Waitress was a bit flighty. Game cards a bit up there. Could have been worse

  Best place ever. Addictive games. Cool prizes. Great food. Engaging atmosphere to watch sports.

  I only go to play the games with the god kids they had a blast and loved the cotton candy maker 😊😁 I got the all-day pass for $55 I had two children with me. They had a lot of new games in there since the last time I was there🤗 that's why I love it there you get a variety of game options 😁

  Horrible experiences. First time there, I was charged $16 for a single titos and water. I gave her a $20 and got $4 back. The girl looked so annoyed. I mean seriously. She was rude as can be and this is a bar tender. It took 10mins to get that $16 titos. The next week we went back (I have a season pass) and I stood at the bar for 15min walking the entire bar while 6 or 7 employees sat at a booth and stood around the booth. They were eating and laughing and I thought they were on their luch or possibly the bar didn't open until 5pm (it was 4:55 at this point). They even looked directly at me while I was standing there waiting. Finally, the manager came back from kitchen and asked if anyone waited in me. I said no, and he walked over to that table, got the bartender that was eating her wings (who proceeded to look so annoyed that I "interrupted" her. She licked her fingers dry as a bone. Then, she took 15 more minutes to pour me a Michelob Ultra Draft. While I was waiting for that, I asked the manager what the price of titos and water would be (thinking the other girl short changed me). He told me $9. My jaw hit the floor and I told him how last week I gave the girl $20 and she only gave me $4 back. He acknowledged who she was and said she was fired for similar issues. Do you think he refunded me or offered to make things right for her stealing from me? Nope.. he literally said "No worries she's tired now, it's a good thing she's fired". I think a DM needs to step in and rehaul the staff here. It's a plague. You have like 3 employees that actually work and another 15 that stand around like teenagers making scenes, being rude, stealing. It's insane. We will literally drive 1 hour away to go to the Pittsburgh Location to avoid this place.
