Had a wonderful time at the Niles location. Everyone was so friendly. Some confusion about the reservation, but they corrected it very fast. And gave us some free play cards. Mattie was our server and she was wonderful. Always coming back to our table to make sure we were ok , My grown kids and I loved it. It was their first time her. My 3rd. But this was the best service so far. Thank you Mattie and the sweet girl that brought us a card for games. We will be back

Had a great time playing the games offered, good place to go if you're just trying to find something to do. David was very quick and helpful when I needed assistance, repairing one of the games, but even generally the staff was very nice and friendly!

Incredibly expensive. Not as large as other D&B's that I remember.
Food was standard, food service type: pulled from a box in the freezer and fried. Asked for low salt fries and received the entire container of Mortan with a few flakes of pepper thrown in. Thanks!
Service was so so just boarding on poor and we waited forever just to get the bill(s) with a few tacked on fees. At least I didn't get hit with the mandatory 15% gratituity like my tabe did, which was only 6 people, not including myself.
Maybe if I were 30 years younger but I could also save $75, gotten a 12 pack, 2 burgers and some chips and stayed home.
If someone else wants to go because it's the celebration, I will go and be sure to fill up on everything I can before I even walk in the building.
I would not return of my own accord.

Dave & Buster’s Niles, OH — ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (For Nichelle. Platinum Blonde Gets Zero Stars and a Restraining Order.) Let me set the scene. It’s a birthday. It’s a celebration. It’s a sacred pilgrimage to the holy land of overpriced arcade tokens, mozzarella sticks, and watching a grown adult lose their will to live over a claw machine containing a stuffed animal worth $1.47. We are talking Dave & Buster’s Niles, Ohio — where the dreams are big, the screens are bigger, and apparently the drama is the biggest thing on the menu. 🏆 NICHELLE: A Woman. A Myth. A Legend.
I don’t know what D&B is paying Nichelle, but it is not enough. Drinks refilled before your glass knew it was empty. Orders memorized without writing a single thing down — which is sorcery and I won’t accept any other explanation. She handled a table full of unhinged birthday energy with the grace of an air traffic controller guiding planes through a lightning storm. Warm, funny, genuine, and absolutely extraordinary.
Nichelle, you are the Dave AND the Buster of this establishment. 🚨 BUT THEN. THE PLATINUM BLONDE INCIDENT.
Deep in birthday bliss, from somewhere on the floor like a villain emerging from a Lifetime movie, appeared The Platinum Blonde — a fellow employee who decided the most productive use of her shift was to walk up to our table, completely unprompted, and talk smack about Nichelle in front of the customers.
Ma’am. MA’AM.
This is not Real Housewives of the Ticket Redemption Counter. We did not come here for your workplace beef. We came for skee-ball and loaded fries. Let’s call this what it is: jealousy in a bottle-blonde dye job. Nichelle was thriving, and instead of taking notes, Platinum Blonde went rogue, went petty, and went straight to the birthday guests like a deranged workplace whistleblower — except instead of exposing corruption, she just exposed herself.
Nichelle needs to be walking into HR like the champion she is. Because talking smack about a coworker to customers, unprompted, at a birthday party, while on the clock? That’s not venting. That’s a write-up. 🎯 Bottom Line
The food was great. The games were perfect. Nichelle was a five-star human deserving a raise and a national holiday. The Platinum Blonde situation was a workplace telenovela nobody ordered.
Dave & Buster’s Niles — celebrate your Nichelles. Address your Platinum Blondes. We’ll be back for the skee-ball, the nachos, and absolutely for Nichelle.
The Platinum Blonde situation can stay in the claw machine where it belongs — just out of reach, and not worth the tokens.
