  Exceptional service. Went here when visiting family as a trip to the arcade and the family loved it. The guy at the prize counter was really friendly to the kids and helped them with tickets while keeping them entertained, and David helped fix Pac-Man Ski Ball while we had a pleasant conversation. Service was great and the kids got what they wanted, food was relatively alright and I saw no problem with it. I do recommend coming here!

  Pain in the butt and over priced, first when I walked in I was not greeted by anybody, I was not familiar with how to get a game card and load it, after wondering around for awhile I finally figured that out, then at the end I took my son into the prize room and let him pick out a prize, I was gonna let him cash out his tickets and pay the difference so that he could get what he really wanted. After picking out a prize and getting him all excited we were told we can not pay the difference there because they don't have a register back there. I was told to go up from and either talk to the bar tender which made no sense or go back to the keyosk at the front door and add another $26 dollars to the card which is crazy expensive for a small plushie by the way. BUT I wanted to make my son happy so I did that, I added $35 more dollars because it wouldn't allow the option of only $26 for his plushie and when I came back I was told I got game credits for that, not whatever other version of credit they're looking for. So I just wasted $35 trying to get my son his plushie. At this point it was just too much so we left, him disappointed and me very frustrated. At Chucky Cheese I can pay the difference on the spot, it's super easy and convenient. Here at Dave N Buster's, it's a pain in the butt to pay the difference on your kids prize, there's no communication between guest and staff, their 50 different versions of electronic credits is not made clear to customers, and honestly all this probably could have been avoided if they had someone up front to greet customers and answer questions for people who are there for their first time.

  I arrived around 820pm July 1st to watch the world cup, I sat at the bar with one other customer for about 20 minutes before I was acknowledged by anyone in the restaurant. There were two tables with like 6 people total eating. I saw staff just by the kitchen minding their business, walking past me, walking through the bar and still just ignoring me. It was wild, probably worst service experience I have ever had. My friend came, we waited another 5 minutes and finally got drinks. My third friend came around 930p he didn't get offered a drink until about 940pm. I felt like we were an inconvenience to be there. When this place closes in like a year or two.....come back to this post, it did not make me want to return.

  Very polite and kind staff, The food was amazing and delicious. Was very upbeat and the games were fun. Will definitely be back soon.

  Person at the door greeted me but failed to tell me they were closed for a private event. The general manager was very rude when he yelled at me that they were closed. I understand holding a private event, but why not have the person at the door tell people? Or even politely asking someone to leave.
