  Oh my gosh I had the absolute waitress ever! Her name was Sadie she was so kind and accommodating and gave great suggestions on the menu!!

  Ordered Food online went to pick it up to than be told they had a water break and kitchen has been shut down for hours but online ordering was still available so than I'm charged almost $100 in food I didn't get so than I'm given the managers card and told to call corporate call them and than told they will look into it and told if we were charged and not given the food they would do something about it that was over a month ago still have heard nothing from anyone I would recommend never spending your money here especially online because apparently they will steal your money and not make it right

  HORRIBLY OVERPRICED My daughter had her 10th birthday party here and it was amazing for the children but a nightmare for me(the parent). When we first arrived with decorations I was told by the supervisor that my server was on break and will be over to help when she’s done, easy right No, when the server was done on break she came over introduced herself asked did we need help I of course said Yes(happy for the help) she said okay and walked away. I thought she would come back, she didn’t until after everything was set up, she asked did we want any other drinks than what was already ordered. She brought the drink and went to sit down, the whole party she was sitting. The only person that actually attempted to help was the supervisor, who moved the original plates so the rest of the party could be set up. At the end of the night I was presented a $446 remaining balance bill, the original remaining was supposed to be $186 because that’s the initial deposit. That $446 included an $83 gratuity tip for the server that did absolutely nothing plus those extra drinks that was almost forced on us if we hadn’t complied. Don’t book here if your not ready to spend more than you expect.

  My friend and I came to have an appetizer and play fun games for bit. Our server Dawn came up to us almost as soon as we came in and sat us. She gave us a minute to go over the menu and we ordered drinks and an appetizer. The chicken quesadillas to be specific. In the picture on the menu it was filled and seasoned. For $15 we'd expect enough or even more to feed the two of us, however, it was thin and completely unseasoned, tasted like plain chicken out of a can. We would have sent it back, but our server seemed nervous and busy with other things so we did not want to bother and she was very nice overall. My friend had a coupon when you purchased $25 worth of tokens you get a free amount of the same. We gladly purchased and had our order come to $47 to a great surprise. Excited to play games we headed over and were given about 4 different kind of games but with different aesthetics attached to them, so really nothing much to play. After playing a few, we saw these games lasted at most 1.5 minutes which caused us to be bored very quickly. We used up all but 1 of our points and came out with 1,000 and some few points which got us 3 shot glasses and 90 points left. The prizes all seemed cheap or what you could get at any store around and most were above 1,000. Very unfortunate night.

  Good food. Great fun but what set it apart was Adrianna. Wasn’t my server but had issues loading cards and she went above and beyond. Fixed all my issues and answered every question. My only problem is that she isn’t management. If she’s not qualified I’m not entirely sure what would be considered acceptable. If anyone reading this wants to reach out to hear more details I’d be thrilled to explain in depth. Hire and promote people like her and your business will thrive forever!
