  Came to take my daughter and wife out for ice cream while ordering for my daughter she asked if I wanted a cup since she's little not telling me she would charge .35 cents little ridiculous if you ask me. Shouldn't offer without letting someone know you gotta pay

  I wish I could leave ZERO Stars for the overall experience I had at this location earlier this evening on 04/18/2026 @ 6:46pm. I hardly ever get ice cream at a DQ , especially this location. I don't what the Hell has happened to this particular location since it changed ownership & recently undergone a major renovation but your Customer Service has really gone straight to HELL! ... I was out and about with My Mom. And we were both in the mood for 2 vanilla ice-cream cones~ So we went thru your Drive-thru to order to small Vanilla ice-cream cones. We were waited on by your employee named Tristan, who looked like he hadn't washed his hair in years~ You really need to enforce Employee Hygiene. Anyways the ice-cream cones I ordered for My Mom & I were both Way too soft~ My Mom's was so soft, that it was almost like eating a milkshake instead of an ice-cream. When We questioned him ( Tristan) about it, his response was like "Ohh..." And then he literally just "Closed the drive-thru window in my face" as I was trying to explain my dissatisfaction with our cones and just stood there and staired at me as we were leaving. In all my years, I've never experienced such rude behavior out of a Service Worker like I had this evening. I can see from many of the other reviews I read on here ( Which I wish I would have done before I decided to come here), that this DQ is poorly managed. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I Don't Plan on ever coming back here again.

  Most of the time this DQ is pretty good. The service isn’t always great. Today, I went with my husband and my daughter. We got 3 cones (one plain, one dipped, and one with sprinkles) and sat outside. My daughter is young, so she’s still figuring out the cones. I went in to ask for a spoon and a sundae dish to dump her cone and ice cream into. The lady (a bigger lady with brown hair) acted like it was a problem. And while I was still standing there, she told the team in an annoyed tone (we need to start charging for those!) uhhh what? I just paid almost $12 for 3 cones and you want to charge me for a sundae cup for my toddler? Ridiculous and unprofessional.
