- CSChristene Stinson2 days ago1.0I've ordered apple slices with a happy meal or in addition to my regular order probably 7 times recently. I've received them ONE TIME!! Every other time, they're missing. I called last time since it happened on 2 consecutive orders and it's not fun to explain to a toddler why their food is missing. I quit trying to order them for over a month and tried again today. Not surprisingly, they were missing again. I've been missing many other items as well throughout ordering, but nothing irritates me like when it's missing for a child. And of course they offered to replace it, but I'm not ever taking the time to drive back or use the credit offered when I called. I worked there for years so I am extremely sympathetic to fast food workers and just want orders made correctly so there's no need to bother them. Also, my high school aged student is not allowed to go through the drive thru on lunch break anymore because it's impossible to make it back to the school. Orders take so much longer than needed, and it's not because they're worried about your food being fresh, because we also have multiple issues there.

Service was very poor from staffing and they wouldn’t add sausage/eggs to my order because they didn’t have any ready. This is completely unacceptable because no other locations have acted or operated in this manner.
