- AAshley -2 days ago2.0I go here because its closest and because I dont ALWAYS have a completely wrong order. Lately the order is wrong more often than not. Is coffee milk suddenly not the same as creamer? Why are they not putting it in when you ask for it. In what world is one pump of cane sugar bog standard for a large iced coffee when you ask for normal sugar? Ordered drinks straight off the menu, get the wrong one and a wild look when you say that. Once gave my husband an ice cold drink in a hot cup, he did order a hot drink and there was ice in it....how? like.. I dunno. Maybe just make the drinks as they ask.

The lady spoke with her her general manager and said that they were unable to put more water in my drink instead of ice. Ice is frozen water. So what is the difference between melted water and ice?

So you’re basically proving it’s a scam. How would a small with no ice look? I’ve never had this kind of service anywhere else. Every time I come here the associates are so rude. Girl acted like this was coming out of her paycheck. I don’t understand, lol. It’s never that serious. Anyways, the coffee tasted like shit and this place can never seem to get it right. Do NOT recommend this place to anyone😂😂😂😂
