  This location is terrible. I waited in the drive thru almost 30 minutes. There was a line of people behind me and ahead of me. They had people driving around to park to wait for orders. People were getting angry. They had what appeared to be two teenagers working. They obviously were having trouble keeping up with everything. Makes no sense to have only two people working a shift, they were preparing food and trying to run the lobby and the drive thru. The owner of this store needs to be aware of how their manager is running the store. I will never go back again.

  I’m really confused as to what the actual time this place closes. It says 12 am online but when I just went 10 min ago( 9:45pm) the lights in the drive thru were all closed and shut off there back door was wide open . I tried calling but got no answer either. Also 9:45 seems a odd time to shut down the dining area AND turn off all lights and menu signs outside

  Was gonna go to Arby’s after I just got home from a trip was kind of disappointing because they said online they close at 11 but I went at 9:20 and they were closed

  Sat in the drive thru for 21 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I pulled away. Apparently there is no prioritization of orders. Then got home and found the Reuben made with the wrong bread. At least the rest of it was right.
