  Not a good first impression when I order my food online ahead of time and still have to wait for 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru line with only one car in front of me. Then I get to the window and get told to wait for another 10 minutes. So by the time I got the food that I ordered ahead of time it was already cold. They put the ice cold drink from the kids meal on top of the french fries in the bag so of course they were ice-cold also. Probably will not be going back to this location not a good experience service with subpar food was not good and cold very sloppily made everything just looked thrown together. Not what I would expect when I order ahead of time to avoid these problems

  I cannot give a bigger shout out to Stephen and Stacy for their excellent service. They went above and beyond. I haven’t been to ANY food establishment with that much friendliness. Plus the food came out quick and tasted great. Thanks again to Stephen for your kind hospitality and thanks to Stacy who finished up our order and was very friendly! If I could have given more stars for the service I would.

  Always the clutch late night stop for me. Delicious mozzarella sticks, and classic buffalo sliders are a great value item to enjoy a good meal at a good price!

  It depends on who is working. Sometimes you meet the nicest and best employees. This wasn't one of them. The girl , I think was in management had a really bad attitude. I asked her if the fries were fresh and she grabbed them off the tray and threw them into the trash and proceeded to tell me " it will be three minutes wait as she put fresh fries in the cooker 🤔 Find another job. In general I have better situations. Ive also had a good share of bad attitude. The food was good.

  Ordered from here on door dash. They waited until the person got there to pick up the order to say they are out of roast beef and cheese sticks.... its Arby's you have the meats! How are you out of your the meat that is most of your menu...?
