  Food didn’t taste bad, however every time I come to this Taco Bell there is an employee that always has the worst attitude and is rude.

  I went in to eat when I usually go threw the drive thur. It was just cooler inside than my car. I was at the counter trying to see a menu. I hate the DIY checkout. Well I wasn't getting any help so I walked to my car and was just going to go threw the drive thur when one of the workers asked politely if I wanted her to take my order. I said would just go thur the drive thur. She insisted on helping me and was very nice about it. Can't remember her name, but Thank you for your service in taking my order. Thank you for the respect!

  I was there earlier today, there was a younger girl at the window, she was so incredibly nice. I moved out of Newark awhile ago, occasionally pass through for work, and even when I lived there this Taco Bell is the ONLY location who always has everything down. Yes, long wait times are possible, but I’ve worked food before and I know it’s inevitable to wait awhile sometimes. Today, was quick and very fast, but they’re always so kind, polite, and even if there’s an issue they always are willing to resolve it.
