  This may be the worst Pizza Hut location in America. I haven’t ordered from this store in about five years because of bad service, but tonight Pizza Hut was specifically requested for a special occasion. We ordered a Supreme on Pan crust. What we received was clearly Hand Tossed. I took the pizza back to the store and explained the situation to the employee at the counter. He insisted that it was Pan. I explained that it wasn’t, and that I specifically wanted a Pan pizza because this was for a special occasion. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, he took the pizza into the back, apparently to show the other employees, then came back and tossed the pizza back onto the counter. He then said the manager refused to remake the pizza because one slice was missing. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable—I simply wanted the product I ordered and paid for. Mistakes happen. What makes this a one-star experience is the way the mistake was handled and the complete lack of willingness to make it right. If this is how this location treats customers when they make an order incorrectly, I have no reason to return. You shouldn't either. Hopefully corporate closes this location and start over in Heath or Hebron.

  Placed order at 5:06 pm was given a 6 pm delivery time, well it was 6:18pm no pizza tried calling the store was on the phone for 30 mins just listening to the ad, while I was waiting on the phone I was watching the dash app tracker it took 4 dashers to get my food. Food should be delivered by 6:45pm never will I order from Pizza Hut again. Dominos is always on time!!!

  Pizza was supposed to be here at 5:20. We called in at 6:30 to see where it was and whoever was on duty said "it had JUST come out of the oven and the delivery driver was on her way out the door." Doordash just picked it up at 7:00. If you're ordering from this location go pick it up.

  I am a doordasher. Unfortunately this restaurant is very hit and miss. There have been a number of instances where I was not able to pick up the order in a timely manner.

  With chains you never know the experience you're going to get, especially with more economically priced options. Saying that I have NEVER had a bad experience at this location, the pizza always comes out great (and they don't skimp on the cheese, a problem I've had at other Pizza Hut locations), the food is always ready in the time frame they give you and staff is pleasant. Pizza Hut has also stepped it up when it comes to their online deals as well, nowadays with online deals you can get a pizza for almost the same price as one at Dominos, but a much better quality one. Pizza Hut will be my go to pizza shop from now on, as far a chains go.
