  I was here on Friday evening around 9:20pm. I got a burrito and a drink. Got horrible food poisoning from this place. I should have known from how dirty the countertops were that it wasn't safe to eat here. Don't think I will eat here at this location any time soon again. The girls there were super nice though.

  So I hate leaving bad reviews…generally I never review places in general, I already know how hard it is working in a customer facing environment having done it myself for 8+ years. Today my experience was genuinely the worst I’ve ever had and I usually have good experiences at this chipotle. I had a larger order which I know is tedious itself and I know it gets busy around lunch time. But I had told the lady on the line I needed 3 bowls, a burrito, and 3 soft tacos. She did them one by one which is fine and I don’t mind being patient, however we never got to the burrito and tacos. I got to the register and told the cashier I wasn’t done ordering, the lady on the line knew I had two other things and someone else came over and started taking orders for other guests despite the fact I wasn’t done ordering, and the whole time I kept getting attitude from the two girls on the line and I overheard one of them say that I didn’t tell them there was more to the order. There was no communication regarding the other orders and the two ladies on the line made it seem like it was my fault for the miscommunication (and maybe it was so I apologize if I fell short on my part for that), then the protein was wrong on the tacos which I originally didn’t fight about. When they were finishing up my tacos the one lady threw the cheese on the tacos and just walked away rather frustrated to “get new gloves” and instead of cheese on my bowl (that wasn’t a salad bowl, because I know I ordered a salad bowl too) they put lettuce on the bowl that wasn’t supposed to have it. The cashier and I realized the protein wasn’t correct but I wasn’t about to fight it despite being charged for carnitas. I don’t know if the two ladies working on the line were having a bad day, but I didn’t appreciate how their attitudes were towards me. When I came in I was horribly under the weather and just leaving urgent care and I was just trying to get lunch for myself and my family, my mother actually went in and had to get the tacos corrected by the guy running the mobile order section. I don’t want this review to be taken anything other than constructive feedback and how my experience was today (9/16/26), I hope the two ladies who were on the line during lunch have a better day going forward, I never usually have a bad experience here so I was quite shocked with the whole ordeal today.

  I placed a to go order, selected extra on meat, rice and cheese.Mind you it's $3.90 for extra chicken. I get home and there's hardly anything in my bowl. This is why I go in. When I pay 3.90 for extra chicken that's what I expect. Not at the 21st Chipotle.

  they're getting very skimpy on things the last time I was there ...but I like the food. very unfair... I watched a little girl build up a young black mans burrito so fat she could hardly close it!!! my bowl was skimpy and I was refused any extra cilantro!
