  Mark and Jordan are super awesome! Their customer service is always great when my boyfriend and I come through! They’re quick to make things fresh and right with no complaints! We appreciate the good service and good food! Thank you guys ❤️

  People were very nice but the place was dirty. I had to look for a clean table (2:30, so not lunch crowd), and the condiment/drink stand was dirty and sticky.

  Wasn't very busy when I was in there a couple people places very clean fast customer service is excellent in the food was great

  This is the second time in a row I went to Arby’s on 21st and I ordered the half pound cheese steak meal and I requested no onions both times and both times my sandwich was SMOTHERED in onions. I paid $21.35 for the meal, the employees making orders make between $11-$15, there’s no reason why the sandwich can’t be made correctly for the customer. Let alone, when I went there today, I waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru just to get my order. Makes zero sense.
