    you guys must genuinely be slow. ordered a german chocolate chiller and it was not right. then you proceed to tell me to mocha machine is down- whatever.. but why make a drink that uses mocha.. with no mocha machine? then when I ask for a refund you guys won’t show me proof of refund or a receipt. so if I’m missing money best believe yall are out of a job. 5th time this has happened btw. stop hiring teenagers and hire someone who knows how to do the job.

    We have never been to a seven brew before, and it was such a cool setup. We just pulled up to get a gift card, and had great service. Sweet Lindsay greeted us with kindness and a lovely smile. Thank you!

    7 Brew Coffee Newark, do better with your customer service. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience today, especially during such a HUGE promotion with Nee Doo’s. You sent out THREE messages reminding customers about the promotion, encouraging people to come in, yet nowhere in those messages—or on your website—was it made clear that you would NOT be accepting walk-up or mobile orders. I placed my order online 30 minutes ahead of time with absolutely no problem. I then waited in the LONGEST line just to get to the window and was told that you weren’t taking mobile orders or walk-up orders. The worst part was the way I was spoken to. The girl was incredibly rude and dismissive about it. If you know you’re running a promotion that is going to bring in a huge crowd, you need to be prepared for the increased business. And if you’re going to change how you’re accepting orders, that needs to be clearly communicated BEFORE customers place an order and wait in line. I completely understand that busy days can be chaotic, but there is absolutely no excuse for being rude to customers
