  I placed an online order using the app. The app took the money out of my account. It showed as a pending charge, however the app didn't process the order so I had to go to the window and get the order and pay for it again! They took forever to get the items ready. It was slow, slow service. I asked the young lady at the window what do I do if the charge doesn't come off of my card? She said she didn't know that they don't handle that. I asked them who did? A manager came over said the same thing I said well. Who do I contact if it doesn't come off? She doesn't know! She's the manager. Why doesn't she know who to contact? They were nasty rude people. I will not go to this location again... In my opinion, the two people that I dealt with at the window, the manager and the young lady should be terminated immediately. They are horrible, nasty people...

  Every time I visit this location at the drive thru you place your order and then they have you pull around and park in the parking lot where another 4-5 cars are waiting. It takes about 10-20 minutes and then they bring all the orders out and go from car to car trying to find the order to the person. The food is then cold and mushy. I would rather sit in the drive thru line and get my food fresh *******edit ***today I received my order at the drive thru and it was fast and accurate much better experience.
