- FWFred Weber5 days ago1.0I normally get a pan pizza from here almost every weekend with double meats on everything one of the best pieces I've ever had. Ordered one today and had almost nothing on it paid $25 for something that had almost nothing on it called to ask about it and they basically told me screw off sorry about your luck.

- ANAmber NyeApr 1, 20261.0Customer service is HORRIBLE. Their employee Jenny or Ginny has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We placed an order for pickup tonight for 2 medium pizzas and a breadstick using $19 of papadough we had accumulated. Our phone number had changed in the last year and we did not remember to update it on the app. Apparently the location was out of onion so our order was cancelled when they couldn’t reach us by phone. We called to find out why the order was cancelled and were immediately given attitude for not having the correct phone number to be reached at. We apologized and explained our number had changed and wanted to replace the order exactly as it was without onions. She told us that she could no longer use our papa dough but would give us 20% off, which nowhere came near the $19 we had. I said that that wasn’t okay as we had earned the papadough and it would expire soon. She was EXTREMELY rude and had a terrible attitude when I said this and when I asked her to not be rude she got loud, started shouting and then hung up on us. We have been regular customers since the store opened but will no longer be giving them our business.
